If you have an event that you would like to have listed on MyUxbridge.com and made part of our weekly member emails, please provide the details below. All events will be reviewed, approved and may be edited by our administrator prior to posting.

Title
Required. Enter the name of the event.

Location
Required. Enter the location of the event.

Date
Required. Enter the start and end date of the event.

   
Start
Required. Enter the start time of the event.

   
End
Optional. Enter the end time of the event .

   
Description
Optional. Give a brief description of the event. Hit return twice for new paragraph. Do not use return (enter key) to wrap lines, they will wrap automatically. Please spell check!

Contact
Optional. Indicate the name of the person who can be contacted for additional information.

Phone
Optional. Indicate the phone number where additional information about the event can be obtained.

Email
Optional. Indicate the email address where additional information about the event can be obtained.

Website
Optional. Indicate website where additional information about the event can be obtained.

Map
Optional. Enter web page address that displays your map (either your own map or Mapquest).
